1. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of the products sold by Galaxy BioLabs, all sales are final.

All products are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and not for human or animal consumption. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

2. Order Review and Approval

All orders are subject to manual review and approval prior to processing or shipment.

Galaxy BioLabs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. If an order is canceled before shipment, any payment received will be refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To report an issue, please provide:

• Description of the issue

• Clear photos of the packaging and product (if applicable)

4. Shipping and Delivery Issues

Galaxy BioLabs is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damages caused by:

• Customs inspections or holds

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

 

 

Refunds will not be issued for delays or non-delivery caused by these circumstances.

 

5. International Orders

For international orders:

• The customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

• Galaxy BioLabs is not responsible for customs seizures, delays, or rejections

• No refunds will be issued for orders denied or delayed by customs authorities

 

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Galaxy BioLabs may result in:

• Order cancellation

• Permanent restriction from future purchases
